Refund and Returns Policy

At Gongzo Grab, we value your trust and satisfaction above all. We strive to deliver products you’ll love, but if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free 7-day return policy has you covered.
Returns & Exchanges Made Simple

100% Customer Satisfaction:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only (excluding shipping and COD charges).

Return Charges:
A return courier fee of ₹99 per item will be deducted from your store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please email our team at contact@gongzograb.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number and a clear reason for return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • Clearance Sale Items: Products marked under clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  • No Return/Exchange for Dislikes: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as disliking the material, color, or feel of the product. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase.
  • Color Variation Disclaimer: Due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and photography, a 10–12% color variation may occur. This is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

Product Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges: You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability).
Alternative Product Exchange: If you prefer a different product, you may return the original item for store credit and place a new order using the credit.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing contact@gongzograb.com . Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@gongzograb.com with supporting photos.

Refund Process

  • We offer 7 days return in case product is defective or damaged
  • Once your return request is accepted, our courier partner will pick up the product within 4 business days.
  • After we receive the returned item, we’ll conduct a quality check.
  • Replacement/Replacement delivery will be done within 5-7 Business days.
  • On successful inspection (within 7 business days), your store credit will be issued via email.

 

Note: We do not provide refunds in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method.
